Terms of Service
Last updated: · Operated by LeadStallion LLC
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of laraengine.dev (the "Site") and your purchase of the LaraEngine source-code product ("LaraEngine") from LeadStallion LLC ("we," "us," "our"). By using the Site or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms.
1. What we sell
LaraEngine is a commercial software source-code product, delivered via an invitation to a private GitHub repository. It is licensed to you, not sold outright — the specific rights and restrictions that come with your purchase are set out separately in the License Agreement, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. If anything here and the License Agreement conflict on licensing terms specifically, the License Agreement controls.
2. Purchases and payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details ourselves. Prices are listed in USD and are exclusive of applicable sales tax/VAT, which is calculated and added at checkout where required. All purchases are one-time, non-recurring charges — LaraEngine is not sold as a subscription.
3. Delivery
Upon successful payment, you will receive an invitation to a private GitHub repository at the GitHub username you provide at checkout. You are responsible for providing an accurate GitHub username and for accepting the invitation in a timely manner. See our Refund Policy for what happens if delivery fails or is delayed.
4. Acceptable use of the Site
You agree not to misuse the Site — including attempting to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or restrict access to the Site for anyone who violates this.
5. Intellectual property
The Site itself (its design, text, and branding) is owned by LeadStallion LLC. LaraEngine's source code is licensed under the terms of the separate License Agreement, not these Terms.
6. No warranty
THE SITE AND LARAENGINE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. See the License Agreement's own warranty disclaimer for terms specific to the software itself.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeadStallion LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or LaraEngine.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes affecting a completed purchase will not be applied retroactively to that purchase's license rights.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
10. Contact
Questions about these Terms can be sent to the contact address listed on our License Agreement page.
