Refund Policy
Last updated: · Operated by LeadStallion LLC
LaraEngine is delivered as full, immediately-usable source code. Because access to the code itself is the product, our refund policy works differently than it would for a physical good — this page explains exactly when a refund is available.
Before you've been invited to the repository
If your payment succeeded but the automated GitHub invite failed or hasn't arrived (check your GitHub notifications and spam folder first), contact us with your order email and GitHub username. We'll either send the invite manually or issue a full refund if we can't resolve it within a reasonable time — this is our error to fix, not yours to absorb.
After you've accepted the repository invitation
Once you've accepted the GitHub invite and gained access to the source code, the purchase is final and non-refundable. This is standard practice for source-code and digital-download products generally — unlike a physical product, code can't meaningfully be "returned" once it's been delivered and could have been copied, cloned, or used. If you have a problem with the product itself (a bug, a feature not working as described), contact us — we want to fix real issues, but a fix isn't the same as a refund.
Duplicate or accidental charges
If you were charged twice for the same license, or believe there's a billing error unrelated to the product itself, contact us and we'll refund the duplicate charge in full.
How to request a refund
Contact us at the address on our License Agreement page with your order email and a brief description of the issue. Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method via Stripe, typically within 5-10 business days.
